Service and acceptance
Kynezia is a wellbeing app for recording habits and accessing information and support tools. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you disagree.
Not medical care
Kynezia is not a diagnostic product, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace healthcare professionals, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Do not use it for emergencies. Consult a professional before making decisions about health, medication, diet or exercise.
Artificial intelligence features
AI output is automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated; it is not diagnosis or prescription. Review information extracted from a photo, audio recording or document. When requesting an AI feature, you authorize the necessary context to be sent to the provider configured for that feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Kynes and rewarded ads
Kynes are in-app usage credits, not money, a deposit or a transferable payment method. Some features may require Kynes or a Premium subscription. If eligible and available, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock an eligible AI action. Each ad requires your express choice; you can decline or close it. The limit is 10 ads per UTC day and 70 per ISO week per account. Ads and rewards are not guaranteed; if no ad is available, you may use Kynes or Premium where applicable.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the official app store from which you downloaded the app. Price, period, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown before purchase and are subject to the store’s terms and mandatory consumer rights. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Intellectual property and licence
Kynezia and Zeski Labs, or their licensors, retain the rights to the app, website, trademarks, designs, text, illustrations, exercises, plans, software and other content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app lawfully for personal purposes under these terms. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit that content without prior permission. You retain any rights you hold in information and content you provide. Processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the permissions or consents you choose for each feature.
Acceptable use and account
Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials and use the app lawfully. Do not manipulate ads, rewards, payments or security controls, or attempt unauthorized access. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse or breach, subject to applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update or remove features for technical, security or legal reasons and will communicate material changes. The service is provided subject to availability. These terms do not limit non-waivable legal rights or exclude liability where prohibited by law.
